Training your members finish, and continuing education that proves itself.
Agend Learn is a learning management system (LMS) for membership organizations, bringing courses, quizzes, live sessions and learning paths together with automatic continuing education credits, certificates and badges.

Continuing education credits live in a spreadsheet, so nobody knows who is short until the year is nearly over.
Members email the office asking for a certificate they completed months ago, and someone has to go and find it.
Courses sit in a tool that has no idea who is a financial member, so enrollment is done by hand.
Every completion is recorded and provable.
CE credits are awarded when a course is finished, not when someone gets around to logging them. Certificates are issued automatically with a verification code and a public verification page, so a member and their professional body can check them without calling you.
Members can prove what they have done
CE credits are awarded on course completion and tracked against an annual target, with an on-track indicator and an exportable awards history. Certificates are generated as PDFs with a verification code that anyone can check on a public page.
Build the course once, release it on your schedule
Lessons can be video, text, PDF, SCORM or interactive, ordered with prerequisites and released on a drip schedule so learners see an unlock date rather than a dead link. Quizzes carry a passing score, an attempt limit and a time limit.
Sell to employers, not just individuals
Paid courses use Stripe checkout in USD or CAD and enroll the learner automatically once payment clears. Corporate seat licenses are issued per organization and course, with seat assignment, extension, revocation and a view of who is using them.
Members learn where they already are
Single sign-on takes a member from your WordPress site into the course without another login, and a completed WooCommerce order enrolls them. Coming from LearnDash, the import wizard brings your existing content across.

Learning that shows up everywhere else.
Learning shows up on the member record.
Course enrollments and completions flow into the CRM activity feed alongside payments, events and emails, so staff see one timeline per member instead of one per app.
A discussion channel per course.
Each course can carry a private Loop channel scoped to who is enrolled, with a course-level policy deciding what alumni keep after they finish.
Completions worth celebrating.
Members share a passed quiz or a new certificate straight to a Loop channel, so achievements land in the community rather than in an inbox.
Your site, our engine.
Drop the course catalog, learning paths and a member's CE credit balance into your WordPress pages as widgets, gated by the same single sign-on.
Bring your courses across without rebuilding them.
Export your LearnDash courses from WordPress as JSON or CSV and run them through the import wizard: upload, configure, preview, then execute.
The preview shows what will be created before anything is written, and every run is kept in the import history with a job record you can go back to.
Learn sits behind your existing site. Single sign-on over OAuth2 and OpenID Connect means members click Start Course and land in the course with no second login.
If you sell through WooCommerce, a completed order enrolls the member automatically. A refund deactivates the enrollment and keeps the progress data.
Asked by every buying committee.
- Will our continuing education records stand up when a member is audited?
- Each award is tied to a completed course and a passing quiz score, with the date, category and credits recorded against the learner. Certificates carry a verification page that is publicly accessible without a login, showing the learner, the course, the date and the credits. Admins can export CE and enrollment records to CSV.
- Can we bring our existing LearnDash courses across?
- There is a LearnDash import in the admin area that takes JSON or CSV exported from WordPress. The wizard runs through upload, configuration, preview and results, and keeps a job history so you can see exactly what was imported. Import from other LMS platforms is not supported yet.
- Do we have to move our website?
- No. Your WordPress site stays where it is. Learn connects to it with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect single sign-on, so a member clicks Start Course on your site and lands in the course without logging in again.
- Can employers buy seats for their staff?
- Yes. Seat licenses are issued to an organization for a course, with allocated and used seats tracked as staff are assigned. Enrollment is blocked once the seat limit is reached, and licenses can be extended, revoked or given expiry dates.
- Do you support SCORM?
- SCORM packages can be uploaded, published and played as lesson content, with progress tracked like any other lesson. Formal SCORM and xAPI conformance certification is not in place, so if your content depends on a specific conformance level, tell us and we'll check it against your package first.
